To ensure a successful first ignition, the Juyuan Power Generation Company of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group (Shaanmei Group) Huangling Mining, in collaboration with the commissioning unit, developed a systematic operation plan and contingency measures. They refined standard operating procedures, risk classification and control measures, and emergency response actions, while strengthening risk inspections and trial defect elimination for the boiler body and various systems.
