en.Wedoany.com Reported - On June 29, the boiler of Unit 1 at the Huangling Mining 2×1000MW project achieved a successful first ignition, with stable combustion inside the furnace and normal operation of all systems, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent full-unit startup and the goal of "dual-unit dual-commissioning." This project is a provincial key initiative driving the industrial transformation and upgrading of Yan'an City. Upon completion, it is expected to generate 11 billion kWh of electricity annually, with an annual output value of approximately 4 billion yuan, playing a significant role in promoting the local conversion of Huangling coal resources, leveraging the agglomeration effect of coal-electricity integration, and fostering high-quality development in the Yan'an old revolutionary base area.

To ensure a successful first ignition, the Juyuan Power Generation Company of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group (Shaanmei Group) Huangling Mining, in collaboration with the commissioning unit, developed a systematic operation plan and contingency measures. They refined standard operating procedures, risk classification and control measures, and emergency response actions, while strengthening risk inspections and trial defect elimination for the boiler body and various systems. During the ignition process, operators strictly adhered to operating procedures, precisely adjusted key operational parameters, and monitored various technical indicators of the furnace in real time, forming a closed-loop management of "operation-monitoring-verification." All indicators throughout the process met design standards.

As the first million-kilowatt unit power plant of Shaanmei Group within the province, the company closely follows the overall goal of "dual-unit dual-commissioning." It integrates and coordinates resources from all participating parties, including design, construction, supervision, and commissioning, establishing an efficient collaborative working mechanism of "daily scheduling and weekly review." By reversing the construction schedule and implementing targeted milestone-based attacks, the company exercises refined control over the entire process of boiler equipment installation and subsystem commissioning, thereby completing this critical task on schedule and to high standards.
