UK's VINCI Building wins £55 million office contract in Liverpool

VINCI Building has been chosen as the preferred bidder for the design and build contract for the Pall Mall project, which costs £55 million. Upon completion, the office building will achieve net-zero carbon emissions, feature amenities such as a rooftop terrace, and include ground-floor retail space and a half-acre park.
