en.Wedoany.com Reported - UK-based Tollring (Micro Plus Software Ltd) has announced the acquisition of Code Software, including its Clobba brand and all associated intellectual property. The Code Software team will also join Tollring to support the continued operation of the brand.

The Code Software and Clobba brands specialize in native call analytics for Microsoft Teams. This acquisition brings together two companies in the communications analytics field, aiming to expand global market share and further clarify Tollring's strategic focus on communications analytics and recording.
Supported by investor Amity AI Holdings, this acquisition will help Tollring deliver differentiated value to its partners and end customers. Amity AI Holdings announced the completion of a $100 million Series D funding round in March. Additionally, the deal will support Tollring's ambition to upgrade its communications software solutions with new generative AI capabilities and accelerate its international expansion plans, providing broader support to global partners and end customers.
Tollring stated that customers will benefit from the integration, including accelerated innovation in communications analytics and recording solutions, enhanced AI-driven solutions for Microsoft Teams, and expanded global sales support in the UK, EU, US, and ANZ markets.
As part of the transaction, Code Software CEO Mark Armstrong will join Tollring as Chief Sales Officer. He stated that the two businesses are highly aligned in culture and product strategy, ensuring a smooth transition, and he looks forward to taking on new responsibilities under the leadership of Tony Martino.
Tollring CEO Tony Martino said that the company has experienced steady growth in recent years, driven by a collaborative working environment and a customer-centric product strategy. Entering a new phase, the company will expand its product range to create greater value for customers and partners.
This transaction is the fifth acquisition by Amity AI Holdings, continuing its "Build-Buy-Bridge" strategy. This approach combines internal AI innovation, targeted strategic software asset acquisitions, and cross-portfolio integration to accelerate the commercialization of global enterprise AI solutions.
