The four-year framework, which runs until February 2030, will replace the previous RM6165 agreement.

Gleeds is a UK-headquartered international real estate and construction consultancy with over 70 offices worldwide, offering services in project management, cost management, architectural design, and engineering consultancy. The company has secured positions in three lots under the CPS2 framework: the Multi-Disciplinary Lot (Lot 1)—covering general infrastructure and the built environment; the Project Management Lot (Lot 3); and the Commercial Management Lot (Lot 4). The framework will provide technical advisory services for construction projects to UK central government departments and the wider public sector.

The UK Government Commercial Agency is a key commercial and procurement organization dedicated to bridging the public and private sectors. Simon Williams, UK Operations Director at Gleeds, stated that CPS2 represents a strategic investment in the UK's construction capabilities, and Gleeds' selection places it at the heart of national priorities. He noted that the bidding process was highly competitive, but Gleeds has a long track record of success with the Government Commercial Agency, drawing on over 12 years of accumulated experience.

Gleeds' inclusion in the CPS2 framework means the company will provide professional technical advisory services for UK government and public sector construction projects over the next four years.
