Hi-Way Services is headquartered in Hersden, near Canterbury, Kent. Founded in 1993, the company employs approximately 60 people and generates annual revenue of around £10.8 million. It operates from three locations in Southeast and Southern England.
Swarco CEO Michael Schuch stated that this acquisition is a targeted step to strengthen its position in the UK market. He noted that welcoming this family-owned company with a professional structure, qualified employees, and over 30 years of business experience into the group will lay the foundation for sustainable growth and create additional value for customers in the UK market.
Hi-Way Services specializes in road and off-road marking installation, high-friction surfacing, and road stud installation. Its clients include National Highways, county and city councils, Tier 1 and Tier 2 main contractors, civil engineering firms, other private sector clients, and broader public sector institutions.
Hi-Way Services founder Andy O'Reilly said this acquisition is a significant milestone in the company's history.
