As a member of the consortium Pulse, Doig and Smith, and Rainey Consortium, the company has secured positions on Lot 3 (Project Management) and Lot 4 (Commercial Management), enabling it to deliver a range of services to public sector clients. It will collaborate with Pulse Consult in England and Rainey & Best in Northern Ireland to provide services across the UK. This four-year framework runs from April 2026 to April 2030 and is established under the Procurement Act 2023 to maintain compliant procurement practices. Lot 3 enables contracting authorities to engage experienced professionals to lead complex construction projects; Lot 4 provides specialised commercial management support to maintain financial efficiency, contract compliance, and cost-effectiveness of projects.
