en.Wedoany.com Reported - The Inaugural Meeting of the 4th Subcommittee on Foundation Construction Equipment under the China Standardization Technical Committee for Construction Machinery and Equipment, along with the 2026 Annual Conference and Standard Review Meeting, was held in Kunshan from July 2 to 3, 2026. The event was exclusively hosted by SANY Pile Driving.
The meeting brought together authoritative experts, university research teams, and representatives from leading industry enterprises in China's foundation construction equipment sector. Key industry leaders and experts in attendance included Tan Xiangning, Deputy Chief Engineer of the China Machinery Industry Federation; Zhou Haizhu, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of the Beijing Research Institute of Construction Mechanization; Tian Guangfan, Chairman of the Standardization Technical Committee; and Guo Chuanxin, Deputy Chairman of the Pile Driving Machinery Industry Association. Huang Jianfeng, Vice President of SANY Group and General Manager of SANY Heavy Machinery, along with Liu Yi, General Manager of SANY Pile Driving, also participated in the conference.
In his welcome address, Huang Jianfeng emphasized that standards are the core foundation for guiding high-quality industry development, regulating technological innovation, and ensuring equipment safety and reliability. He stated that SANY Pile Driving consistently leverages standards to empower R&D innovation and product upgrades, fully supporting the standardized development of the industry.
The conference completed the re-election of the 4th Foundation Standardization Technical Committee, issuing appointment certificates to the new committee members and observers. The meeting comprehensively reviewed past achievements in standardization, deliberated and refined the committee's charter and secretariat work rules.
The core agenda focused on upgrading and improving standards. Expert groups conducted reviews of standards in separate sessions, with particular emphasis on the national standard "Construction Machinery and Equipment — General Procedure for Hole-Forming Construction with Rotary Drilling Rigs," authored by SANY Pile Driving. Additionally, the meeting discussed the initiation of new standards for 2027 and the key annual work arrangements for the industry.
