en.Wedoany.com Reported - Geely's commercial vehicle brand Farizon has announced pricing for the F3E small electric truck in Australia, officially entering the local light commercial vehicle market. The cab chassis version starts at AU$48,990 (excluding on-road costs), the tray version is priced at AU$50,990, and the cargo box version costs AU$53,490. Set against a market dominated by diesel vehicles, its main competitors include the Hyundai Mighty Electric and the Isuzu N-Series.
Farizon stated that this truck is designed for urban delivery, light freight, and service fleets. Compared to traditional pickup trucks like the Ford Ranger and Toyota Hilux, the F3E is considered to offer more practical large cargo space. It features a pure electric configuration with substantial load capacity, a characteristic that is difficult for electric pickups to achieve.

The two-seat F3E is powered by a single electric motor delivering 110 kW of power and 260 Nm of torque to the rear wheels, with a top speed of 90 km/h. The cab chassis version has a payload of 1,705 kg, which drops to 1,440 kg with the tray and further to 1,190 kg with the cargo box. The cargo box version features rear double doors for improved loading convenience. It is equipped with a 73 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery supplied by China's leading manufacturer CATL, offering a range of up to 314 km under the WLTP standard.

When the truck is fitted with a cargo box, the range drops to 250 km. The F3E supports 100 kW DC fast charging, taking approximately half an hour to charge from 20% to 80%. Additionally, a 240V vehicle-to-load system can directly power appliances and tools. Inside, the vehicle features manually adjustable fabric seats, with the driver's seat offering heating and ventilation functions.

The vehicle also comes standard with a heated steering wheel, keyless entry, and push-button start. For infotainment, it features a 12.3-inch central touchscreen and a 7.0-inch digital driver display, supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Safety features include rear parking sensors, lane departure warning, automatic emergency braking, and a reversing camera. The 2027 Farizon F3E is priced in Australia at $48,990 for the Cab Chassis version, $50,990 for the Tray version, and $53,490 for the Cargo Box version (all excluding on-road costs).
