The two sides held discussions on project progress and cooperation directions.

He systematically shared the Group's recent practical achievements in beneficiation processes, complete equipment R&D, automation, reagents, and engineering construction for similar types of mines. He pointed out that as a national-level leading scientific and technological enterprise in China's mining and metallurgy industry, the Group has been deeply engaged in the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources for many years, with solid technical reserves and rich engineering experience. He expressed hope that the Winu Copper-Gold Project would serve as an important cooperation platform, and that the Group would continue to expand practical cooperation with Rio Tinto in areas such as process technology R&D, equipment supply, and engineering project implementation, jointly empowering the high-quality development of comprehensive mineral resource utilization.
Jabier Belabdi fully affirmed the comprehensive competitive advantages of China Mining and Metallurgy Group in the field of comprehensive mineral resource utilization.
