en.Wedoany.com Reported - Apple's upcoming flagship iPhone 18 series is just two months away from launch, with the latest leaks revealing expected highlights for the Pro models.

Apple is developing a new exclusive "Dark Cherry" color for the iPhone 18 Pro, featuring an aluminum frame instead of the titanium typically used in Pro models. Last year, Apple adopted a similar strategy for the orange color variant on the iPhone 17 Pro models. The rear design is expected to follow the same style as the current iPhone 17 Pro, but the front display will see notable changes. Core upgrades include TSMC's first 2nm processor, the A20 Pro SoC, designed to enhance energy efficiency and performance. In terms of connectivity, the iPhone 18 Pro will feature Qualcomm's C2 modem (third-generation product, following C1 and C1x), supporting improved signal stability and advanced Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN) satellite communication. Additionally, the model supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6, powered by the N2 chip.

On the camera front, Apple will introduce a variable aperture feature, allowing users to control the amount of light entering the image sensor through the lens. The front display is upgraded to LTPO+, with a smaller Dynamic Island area. The Face ID sensor will be placed under the display, and the new LTPO+ display is said to offer longer battery life and better image quality. In terms of battery capacity, the US eSIM version of the iPhone 18 Pro has 4288mAh, while the global version (with physical SIM and eSIM) has 4056mAh. The iPhone 18 Pro Max eSIM version has a battery of 5425mAh, with the global version expected to be 5235mAh.

In terms of pricing, analysts predict that the new iPhone 18 Pro may see a price increase. The base model is expected to start between $1,249 and $1,299, with the iPhone 18 Pro Max priced between $1,349 and $1,399. In the Indian market, the iPhone 18 Pro is expected to cost approximately ₹140,990 to ₹143,990, while the iPhone 18 Pro Max is expected to be priced between ₹140,999 and ₹165,999. The price increase is estimated to be around $200. Official release has not been confirmed, but according to rumors, Apple is preparing to launch all iPhone 18 models this September, including the standard, Plus, Pro, and Pro Max, as well as the highly anticipated foldable iPhone Ultra.
