en.Wedoany.com Reported - On July 4, Digital China Group Co., Ltd. issued a project winning bid announcement. Its subsidiary, Beijing Shenzhou Kuntai Information Technology Co., Ltd., was selected as a supplier for a major state-owned commercial bank's "Huawei Intelligent Computing Server Procurement" project, with an estimated procurement amount of 37,056,500 yuan, with the final amount to be settled based on actual conditions.

The announcement indicates that the procurement content for this project is "Intelligent Computing Server Lot 1," with the procurement method being competitive negotiation. Beijing Shenzhou Kuntai Information Technology Co., Ltd. is the selected supplier (primary), supplying Shenzhou Kuntai Super Node servers.

The key term for this order is not ordinary server expansion, but "intelligent computing servers." Financial institutions are increasingly demanding AI capabilities, data processing, risk control, intelligent customer service, investment research analysis, and business system upgrades. Consequently, underlying computing resources are shifting from traditional general-purpose servers to higher-density, higher-performance intelligent computing equipment. The procurement of intelligent computing servers by large state-owned commercial banks signifies that the financial industry's investment in artificial intelligence infrastructure is entering a more concrete equipment procurement phase.

Shenzhou Kuntai is a key entity under Digital China's Xinchuang (domestic IT innovation) business, focusing on servers, terminals, basic software and hardware adaptation, and industry solutions. The winning product for this project is the Super Node server, designed for high-performance computing and intelligent computing cluster scenarios, requiring high standards in system design, compatibility, cooling, power supply, network connectivity, and operational maintenance. If the project is successfully implemented, it will add a new reference case for Digital China in the financial Xinchuang and intelligent computing infrastructure markets.

The financial industry has always been a critical scenario for building domestic infrastructure and intelligent computing power. Applications such as bank core systems, data platforms, risk control models, anti-fraud models, and intelligent operations platforms demand high stability, security, and continuous service capability. The inclusion of intelligent computing servers in the procurement system of large state-owned commercial banks will also drive the participation of supporting components such as operating systems, databases, middleware, network equipment, storage, security software, and operational maintenance services.

The announcement also notes that a formal contract has not yet been signed for this project, and uncertainties remain regarding contract signing and terms. Specific details are subject to the final signed contract. Digital China stated that it will fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner based on actual progress.
