en.Wedoany.com Reported - Flint Group Packaging Solutions, a UK-based ink and printing materials supplier, has confirmed its participation in the LOUPE Americas exhibition, taking place from September 15 to 17, 2026, in Chicago, USA. The company will showcase inks, coatings, and digital printing technologies from its Narrow Web business unit and its digital printing division, Flint Group Digital Xeikon, at booth 5821. The company states this will be its largest presence at the event to date.

The exhibited EkoCure Dual Cure inks are designed for both traditional UV and UV LED curing systems, eliminating the need for separate workflows for different press configurations. This helps converters maintain stable printing performance when switching between jobs and curing methods.
The company will also showcase Flexocure LEAP traditional UV inks, developed on a new resin platform designed to reduce the risk of photoinitiator migration while ensuring packaging integrity and meeting future regulatory compliance requirements.
The Narrow Web business unit will highlight the Hydrokett and Hydrofilm water-based ink systems for narrow-web paper and film applications, alongside a range of traditional and digital coatings that enhance functional performance and visual appeal.
Flint Group Digital Xeikon will conduct live demonstrations of three machines at the booth. The TX500, featuring TITON dry toner technology, is designed for food-safe and durable label production without the need for additional varnishing or lamination steps. The PX3300 HD utilizes a 1200 dpi UV inkjet platform with PantherCure UV inks, reportedly achieving the widest color gamut in CMYK+W mode at a speed of 70 meters per minute. The Ecolyne is a subscription-based digital label press offering a low-risk entry into the label market for commercial printers and converters through a fully managed model.
Additionally, technical experts from Flint Group Digital Xeikon will be on-site to introduce the IDERA solution for post-print corrugated packaging. IDERA is a single-pass UV inkjet platform specifically designed for high-speed digital printing on corrugated board. Visitors can request printed samples to understand how this platform serves the fastest-growing segment of the digital packaging market.
Ser van de Graaf, Director of Sales and Marketing for North America at Flint Group Digital Xeikon, noted that converters need technology tailored to their production requirements. The company will conduct live demonstrations of digital innovation technologies throughout the exhibition. He added that the product portfolio covers both dry toner and UV inkjet solutions, supporting a range of applications, capacities, and substrate needs from entry-level production to high-volume label printing, while TITON technology simultaneously achieves the print quality of dry toner and the durability of UV inkjet.
At the exhibition, Flint Group Packaging Solutions will also demonstrate the FlintLink customer portal, which provides 24/7 access to SDS and other business documents, order management, troubleshooting, and remote technical support. Visitors can also learn about the latest advancements in the VIVO Colour Solutions digital color management platform, which helps printers achieve fast and accurate color matching through end-to-end management. It integrates press return color functionality to simplify ink reuse, aiming to optimize workflows, improve operational efficiency, and reduce ink inventory costs.
Kenneth Keathley, Director of Narrow Web for North America, stated that the company plans to present the full capabilities of Flint Group Packaging Solutions to attendees of LOUPE Americas 2026. He emphasized that UV, UV LED, water-based, and coating technologies can be seamlessly integrated into existing operations, delivering stable performance, predictable curing results, and support for evolving regulatory compliance requirements. He invited attendees to visit booth 5821 to learn how the company can support their current and future business needs.
