Ji Ankuan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee of NAURA, and Zhi Xiao, Assistant to the General Manager of China Building Materials Group, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CBMA, attended the signing ceremony and witnessed the signing. Xia Wei, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of NAURA Group, and Wen Zhaijun, Member of the Party Committee and Vice General Manager of CBMA, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. Zhi Xiao stated that NAURA is a leading force in China's semiconductor equipment field, with profound R&D and industrial accumulation. CBMA has long focused on pan-semiconductor materials and has been deeply integrated into the semiconductor industry chain and supply chain. The two sides are highly complementary in the synergy of materials, processes, equipment, and inspection and certification, with broad cooperation prospects. Facing the urgent demand for high-end and autonomous development of the semiconductor industry, the two parties have established a core strategic partnership to upgrade cooperation from point-based breakthroughs to systematic synergy. They will form a long-term mechanism in joint research, demonstration and verification, capability co-building, and industrial chain and supply chain cooperation, jointly supporting the high-quality development of the national semiconductor industry.
