en.Wedoany.com Reported - The Equipment Industry Development Center of China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently issued the "Notice on Announcing Typical Cases of Innovative Products for Industrial Machine Tools in 2026," identifying and publishing a total of 147 typical cases of innovative products for industrial machine tools in 2026.

After application, review, expert evaluation, and online public announcement, LK's TPI magnesium alloy semi-solid thixotropic casting complete equipment was selected as a typical case of innovative products for equal-material manufacturing equipment (casting equipment).

Compared with traditional magnesium alloy die-casting machines, LK's TPI magnesium alloy semi-solid thixotropic casting equipment offers advantages such as high safety, high flexibility, reduced magnesium usage, no biscuit, no runner, less waste, and a 50% reduction in energy consumption. This equipment can be integrated with traditional die-casting machines ranging from 130T to 16000T, enabling the casting of larger products under high pressure with superior energy efficiency, making the manufacturing of complex, large-sized, and thick-walled magnesium alloy products possible.
