en.Wedoany.com Reported - Renault has updated its Master model range with new features, technical improvements, and solutions to enhance efficiency for professional users, aiming to solidify the vehicle's leading position in the European large van market (including both internal combustion engine and electric E-Tech versions). This update covers comfort, safety, electrification, the circular economy, and new factory conversion solutions, all while maintaining the core focus on robustness, versatility, and operational cost control, offering higher added value to professional customers.
One of the new highlights is a redesigned center console, specifically for the E-Tech electric version and internal combustion engine versions with automatic transmissions. The redesign frees up cabin space, facilitates movement between the front seats and the cargo area, and improves ergonomics for the middle passenger. The range also features a keyless card for vehicle access and starting. In terms of safety, the model adds a driver attention monitoring camera, an electronic parking brake with Auto Hold function for front-wheel drive versions, and adaptive cruise control with an expanded digital instrument cluster for electric and automatic transmission versions. Additionally, 220 V power outlets, with a capacity of up to 3.5 kW, are integrated into the cabin and cargo area to directly power electric tools.

The electric version has been upgraded with a new 87 kWh battery, manufactured in Europe and assembled in France, using a Mid-Nickel chemistry to improve thermal management and optimize charging performance. The model comes standard with an 11 kW bidirectional charger, with an optional 22 kW charger, and supports Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) technology in specific markets. The brand also introduced a chassis cab version with a 40 kWh battery for specific urban applications, though this version will not be sold in Spain.
In terms of the circular economy, this update uses recycled materials from end-of-life vehicles. The visible upper part of the dashboard contains 20% recycled plastic, developed in collaboration with The Future is Neutral, an ecosystem focused on the reuse and recycling of automotive parts. The manufacturer has also expanded the "converted by Renault" model range, which is assembled directly at the factory. The new series includes new platforms with side flaps developed in partnership with bodybuilders JPM and Gruau, aluminum and steel tipper trucks, and high-capacity versions with lifting platforms and capacities between 20 and 23 cubic meters. A future bus variant is also in preparation. Improvements for motorhome manufacturers include a widened rear track to facilitate the integration of living modules.
