en.Wedoany.com Reported - Boskalis Subsea Services and UK-based Anasuria Operating Company (AOC) have signed a preferred partnership framework agreement to carry out inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM), decommissioning, and construction activities in the North Sea.
Both parties stated that the long-term cooperation framework aims to support more efficient planning, enhance operational flexibility, and enable seamless project execution across AOC's offshore assets, with a dedicated project team to be established.
The agreement was implemented in April, with the first scope of work scheduled for mobilization in September.
AOC CEO Richard Beattie said the agreement is a significant step toward strengthening long-term supply chain partnerships and supporting safe, stable, and efficient delivery of offshore operations.
Beattie also noted that Boskalis Subsea Services has demonstrated a collaborative approach highly aligned with AOC's operational values and long-term vision. Through this framework, AOC gains flexibility, capacity, and planning support to effectively address both planned and emergent scopes of work, while continuing to drive operational excellence across its assets.
AOC was registered as a private limited liability company in England and Wales in July 2015. The company is a joint operating enterprise equally held (50% each) by Ping Petroleum UK Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Ping Petroleum) and Anasuria Hibiscus UK Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad), serving as the operator of the Anasuria cluster.
