en.Wedoany.com Reported - The Murcian Health Service (Servicio Murciano de Salud) in Spain has issued a tender for the expansion of the existing photovoltaic solar installation at the Northwest Hospital (Hospital del Noroeste) in Caravaca de la Cruz.

The project has a base tender budget of €180,000 (including VAT), with a construction period set at four months. It adopts a simplified open tender procedure, with the bid submission deadline set for July 24.

The expansion project plans a photovoltaic system with a total capacity of 166.83 kWp. The system consists of 249 monocrystalline silicon modules, model CS7N 670 MS, each with a power output of 670 Wp, sourced from the China-Canada brand Canadian Solar or an equivalent brand. The rated self-consumption power of the system is 166.83 kW.

The facility will be equipped with two inverters manufactured by German manufacturer SMA, model Sunny Tripower Core 2 STP110-60 (110 kW) or equivalent. The 249 modules will be connected to these two inverters: 167 modules connected to Inverter 1, and the remaining 82 modules connected to Inverter 2.

The power station will be built on the ground and on roof brackets of the owner's existing buildings. The total occupied area is 870 square meters, with an expected annual power generation of 51,140.76 kWh/year. The DC cables feature double insulation with an insulation voltage rating of 1 kV, suitable for outdoor, overhead, or buried installation, complying with UNE 21123 standard or equivalent.

The project may receive funding under the framework of the Murcia Region's 2021-2027 FEDER program, but this tender does not include EU funding.
