The partners include Pacifico Energy Korea, offshore wind foundation manufacturer EEW KHPC, marine logistics and offshore wind vessel operator KMC Line Co., Ltd., and CS Energy Co., Ltd., which specializes in the manufacturing and supply of critical foundation components.
