The Cutting Tool Product Line and Solution Center Construction Project for High-End Manufacturing of Xiamen Golden Egret Special Alloy Co., Ltd. broke ground on July 9 in Wenjiang District, Chengdu. Ding Xiaobin, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Chengdu Municipal People's Congress, Liu Zhong, Deputy Secretary-General of the Chengdu Municipal Government, Wang Jun, District Mayor of Wenjiang District, Zhong Kexiang, Chairman of Xiamen Tungsten Co., Ltd., and Wu Gaochao, President, attended the ceremony. This project is a key signed project of Sichuan Province at the 13th China Western Investment Promotion Conference in 2025, with a total investment of 1.05 billion yuan, planned land use of approximately 100 mu, and a total building area of 64,000 square meters. The project will build a new digital intelligent production workshop, a high-end cutting tool R&D and engineering solution center, and comprehensive supporting facilities, introducing internationally advanced intelligent production equipment such as sintering, CNC grinding, precision coating, and laser processing. Upon reaching full production capacity, it will form a large-scale intelligent manufacturing capacity with an annual output of 30 million indexable tools, 4 million solid tools, and 2 million superhard tools. The base is positioned as Xiamen Golden Egret's regional strategic headquarters radiating to Western China, building an industrial pattern of coordinated development between the "Xiamen Global Operations Center + Western Innovation and Intelligent Manufacturing Center," precisely empowering high-end industrial clusters in Sichuan and Chongqing, including aerospace, new energy vehicles, rail transit, and precision molds.

The TL4‑3750 ultra-large intelligent multi-link multi-station stamping line manufactured by Yangli Group Co., Ltd. completed the beam lifting and installation operation at a user's production base in Tianjin on July 5, with the main beam of the equipment precisely positioned. The entire line is equipped with dual-station automatic destacking, a 37,500kN high-strength anti-eccentric load multi-link main press, servo three-axis multi-station transfer, fully automatic quick die change, visual online inspection, and adaptive servo control system. It can complete 4-7 stamping processes in one go, with a maximum cycle rate of up to 30 strokes per minute. Compared to traditional tandem stamping lines, the floor space is significantly reduced, enabling stable high-speed precision forming of large and medium-sized high-strength steel panels, A/B pillars, and chassis structural parts for new energy vehicles.
The 3,600-ton fast forging hydraulic press project of Hefei Metalforming Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. recently completed a one-stop delivery to a customer in South Korea. This equipment is a core machine custom-developed by Hefei Metalforming for high-end special material forging scenarios, specifically designed for difficult-to-deform high-end materials such as titanium alloys, high-temperature alloy steels, special stainless steels, and high-strength aluminum alloys. It covers all free forging processes including cogging, upsetting, drawing out, punching, and expanding in one stop, enabling batch and stable production of precision forgings such as shafts, cylinders, rings, and discs, widely applicable to core fields including aerospace, energy and heavy industry, and high-end equipment manufacturing.
