en.Wedoany.com Reported - Transdev has selected REMO to provide an integrated electrification solution for the Mobiave network covering the cities of Vila Nova de Famalicão, Santo Tirso, and Trofa. REMO, a Mota-Engil Group company specializing in green mobility solutions, won the international public tender.

The project includes the supply of 22 fully electric 12-meter city buses, along with supporting smart charging infrastructure. The charging facility has a total installed capacity of 2600kVA and can support up to 30 ultra-fast charging points with a power output of up to 300kW, aiming to enhance energy efficiency, operational availability, and optimize the use of related resources.

The integrated solution proposed by REMO enables monitoring and intelligent allocation of available power, dynamically adjusting charging cycles based on operational needs to utilize the electrical infrastructure more efficiently. The company worked closely with HIGER to design a solution that achieves 100% pure electric operation while meeting high comfort and technical standards.

These buses are equipped with onboard USB charging and WiFi access for passengers. High range, reliability, and an integrated telematics system allow Transdev to monitor operational conditions in real time and optimize fleet management.
