Against the backdrop of accelerating product updates and multi-category parallel production in the food and beverage industry, Newamstar has launched a flexible packaging overall solution. Centered on an intelligent formula management system, the solution establishes an efficient production model featuring "modular presets + one-click switching," allowing preset process flows and equipment parameters for different products. After selecting the target product and creating a work order, production personnel can initiate production with one click, supporting flexible switching among 18 products. By integrating intelligent formula management, streamlined changeover processes, and precise quality control, the solution adapts to diversified production layouts, shortens new product launch cycles, and optimizes production changeover costs.

Currently, this flexible intelligent manufacturing solution has been deployed and is undergoing real-world operational testing. Coca-Cola, as one of the first pilot cooperation customers, has completed verification in actual production scenarios, helping drive continuous iteration and optimization of the solution. Newamstar stated that it will continue R&D in food and beverage flexible production technologies, promoting the upgrade of intelligent production solutions tailored to industry needs.
