In addition to infrastructure projects, the concessionaire also plans to introduce new tariff incentives. The coverage of social tariffs will expand from the current 10,000 beneficiaries to 20,000. Meanwhile, for small commercial establishments with monthly water consumption not exceeding 5,000 liters, the discount on water and sewage fees will increase from the current 25% to 50%, a measure expected to benefit approximately 1,500 businesses.

The new plan also offers a special discount for charitable organizations registered with the Municipal Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (CMDCA), granting an 80% reduction on water and sewage fees. Águas do Imperador stated that these measures will accelerate the universalization of sanitation services in the city and expand the scope of social inclusion and economic development.
