en.Wedoany.com Reported - Four Seasons Yachts has signed another construction contract with Italy's Fincantieri Group for an additional ultra-luxury cruise ship, expected to be delivered in 2031. This brings the company's future fleet to three vessels: the first, "Four Seasons I," entered service several months ago; the second, "Four Seasons II," is scheduled for delivery in 2028; and the third will be delivered in 2031.

The signing coincides with the inaugural year of "Four Seasons I." The ship began its maiden season in March 2026, following its delivery by Fincantieri on February 25, and subsequently launched Mediterranean itineraries, introducing the hotel group's high-standard service model to the cruise market.

The third ship will be designed and built at Fincantieri's shipyard in Ancona, consistent with the first two vessels of the same class. Measuring 207 meters in length with a gross tonnage of approximately 34,000 tons, it continues the all-suite residential concept, enhancing the connection to the sea through expansive terraces and integrated outdoor spaces within the suites. The two companies have not yet disclosed further details, but the design is expected to follow the style of "Four Seasons I," which features 95 suites, with the largest, the Funnel Suite, offering 457 square meters of indoor and outdoor space.

Four Seasons Yachts began operating Mediterranean itineraries in March 2026, with future plans including Atlantic and Caribbean routes. In a statement, the company said that with the introduction of "Four Seasons II," its business will continue to expand significantly. The second ship represents an evolution of the ultra-luxury yacht experience, with its Yacht Residence Suites setting new standards for accommodation.

Ben Trodd, CEO of Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd., co-owner and operator of Four Seasons Yachts, stated that "Four Seasons II" builds on the existing foundation, introducing new experiences at sea, deepening personalized service, and increasing accessibility by offering residential-sized suites. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure guests feel at home wherever they are during the voyage.

Designed to create a home-like atmosphere at sea, the cruise ship features 79 spacious suites, including a new range of Yacht Residence Suites, and is staffed with one crew member per guest to ensure a highly exclusive experience. Guests can enjoy world-class cuisine, immersive wellness experiences, and carefully curated itineraries. "Four Seasons II" is expected to debut in 2028, continuing the intimate scale and bold design of the first ship while introducing new Yacht Residence Suites with open-concept layouts and private terraces. The suites offer two to four bedroom options, located on upper decks, and include integrated kitchens and dining areas, exclusive entertainment zones, and select suites feature private pools, outdoor showers, and wellness facilities. Dedicated concierge services ensure every detail, from customized dining to curated sea and shore experiences, is perfectly arranged.
