This line is part of the planned 6GW manufacturing facility's first phase, with the remaining 3GW line currently in the ramp-up phase, and the factory will reach full production capacity once all lines are operational. The n-type TOPCon cells produced at this factory achieve an efficiency of 25.5% under standard test conditions, with the production line utilizing 16-busbar and 18-busbar configurations to enhance power density and energy output. Currently, Avaada Electro operates 8.50GW of n-type TOPCon glass-glass module capacity in Nagpur and Dadri, and the company plans to add 5.10GW of capacity, bringing total module capacity to 13.60GW. Additionally, the company plans to build a 6GW cell production line in Greater Noida and a 3GW ingot and wafer capacity in Nagpur.

The production line utilizes n-type TOPCon technology, with cell conversion efficiency reaching up to 25.5% under standard test conditions, and employs 16-busbar and 18-busbar configurations to enhance power density and energy output. Avaada Electro currently operates 8.50GW of n-type TOPCon glass-glass module capacity in Nagpur and Dadri, and the company plans to add 5.10GW of module capacity, bringing total module capacity to 13.60GW.
In terms of cell capacity, Avaada Electro plans to build a 6GW cell production line in Greater Noida, which will bring the company's overall cell manufacturing capacity to 12GW. Additionally, the company has planned a 3GW ingot and wafer capacity in Nagpur to further strengthen its vertically integrated layout. Avaada Energy, the new energy platform under Avaada Group, holds a renewable energy project pipeline of over 17.70GW, with an operational installed capacity exceeding 7.20GW and approximately 10.50GW under construction.
