POSCO E&C, established in 1994, is a wholly owned subsidiary of POSCO Holdings and holds a significant market position in construction and real estate development. "HAUTERRE," launched in 2025, is the company's premium residential brand, with its name derived from French meaning "high ground" or "top floor," targeting an elite living experience for high-net-worth individuals.

According to the company, the platform is divided into three modules: "My Home," "Life," and "Social," offering services ranging from indoor device control and community facility reservations to utility fee inquiries, as well as asset management, home decoration consulting, and health checkup appointments in collaboration with multiple partners. The platform will first be applied to the "HAUTERRE Banpo" and "HAUTERRE New Banpo" projects, which began occupancy last month, and is planned to gradually expand to major premium residential communities such as "Seongsu HAUTERRE."
