en.Wedoany.com Reported - CSCEC Middle East has secured a contract to build the new headquarters of the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) in Kuwait City. The contract was awarded following an international competitive tender organized by the Central Agency for Public Tenders (CAPT). The project is located in a waterfront commercial area in the Sharq district of Kuwait City, overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
Under the contract, CSCEC Middle East will construct a 275-meter, 55-story office tower with a five-level basement parking facility. The project will deliver a modern, sustainable office building, including a one-stop investor service center, executive offices, conference facilities, and advanced smart building technologies. The scope of work also covers the implementation of smart building management technologies, the development of landscaped sky gardens, and necessary supporting infrastructure. The entire project is expected to be completed within a two-year construction period.

The new headquarters is positioned as a government complex aimed at strengthening Kuwait's investment ecosystem and supporting the country's economic diversification goals outlined in the Kuwait Vision 2035. To achieve these objectives, KDIPA will incorporate energy-efficient design elements, including a double-glazed curtain wall system, a smart building management system, and landscaped sky gardens. These elements will be strategically integrated to enhance the building's environmental performance and occupant comfort. The project is set to commence soon, with a target delivery date in the second quarter of 2028.
