XCMG Global Learning and Education Center established three platforms for it: XCMG Craftsman Academy (Loader Machinery Branch), XCMG Global Service Engineer Certification Station, and National Loader Operator Certification Station, which together form China's first comprehensive certification hub.

These three platforms focus respectively on the systematic cultivation of highly skilled craftsmen, the capability evaluation and qualification recognition of global loader machinery service talents, and the standardized assessment and formal certification of frontline operational skills, forming an integrated closed-loop system of "systematic cultivation + standard certification," aimed at empowering industrial upgrading through talent development.

As the first batch of practice for this training and certification system, the Division's Talent Development Center, in collaboration with XCMG Technician College, conducted the first vocational skill level assessment for loader operators, with 45 trainees from various systems participating. The training lasted half a month, covering core modules such as construction preparation, safety inspection, and equipment maintenance, and included one-on-one hands-on training at the Engineering Center. Ultimately, the pass rate for intermediate-level certification among the first batch of trainees exceeded 86%.

Currently, the second phase of loader operator certification training has been fully launched. The Division's Talent Development Center plans to summarize the experience of the first phase, continuously cultivate high-quality skilled talents for the industry, deeply integrate the talent chain with the industrial and innovation chains, and support the upgrade of terminal service capabilities.
