Portuguese housing developer Legera launches 27 high-end residences in Vilamoura

Positioned in the high-end residential market, the project is divided into two collections: Hama and Mori, offering a total of 27 private residences. Both collections share the same architectural style but complement each other in their relationship with the surrounding environment. The Hama collection consists of 13 residences spread across three floors, with three-bedroom (T3) and four-bedroom (T4) layouts, some units featuring private elevators. The Mori collection is a private condominium comprising 14 three-bedroom (T3) residences.

The core of the residential design emphasizes the continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces, achieved through private gardens, terraces, and swimming pools. Both collections feature dedicated wellness spaces, with some units offering additional amenities such as wine cellars, home theaters, and private parking. The architectural concept revolves around light, proportion, and indoor-outdoor continuity, incorporating Japanese architectural and aesthetic elements such as shakkei (borrowed scenery) and komorebi (sunlight filtering through trees), which are reflected in the planning of wellness spaces, including yoga practice areas.

Duarte Marques, Project Director at Portugal Sotheby's International Realty, stated that the Algarve has been confirmed as one of Portugal's most attractive high-end residential markets, driven by sustained international demand and a scarcity of exclusive projects. The Hama Mori project was born in this context, combining modern architecture, construction quality, and two prime locations in Vilamoura, aiming to cater to increasingly discerning international and domestic buyers.
