en.Wedoany.com Reported - China's Ruigu Technology (Dalian) Co., Ltd. has achieved phased results under its "dual-core track strategy." The company has invested 1 billion yuan to enter the precision parts track for integrated circuit equipment, cultivating new growth points while consolidating its advantage in the high-end precision bearing cage sector. Sun Wei, Deputy General Manager of Ruigu Technology, stated that the company's new factory for precision parts of integrated circuit equipment will officially launch in August this year, with the first intelligent production line becoming operational at that time. Two production lines are planned to be initiated within the year. All six production lines of the new factory will be fully operational within three years, and upon reaching full capacity, it is expected to generate an additional output value of over 1.5 billion yuan.

Bearings are known as the "joints of industry," and cages play roles in isolation, protection, lubrication, noise reduction, and promoting balanced force distribution in high-end precision bearings. Sun Wei explained that the high-end precision bearing cage sector was previously monopolized by foreign companies. After more than a decade of effort, domestic manufacturers represented by Ruigu Technology have gradually broken this monopoly and achieved domestic substitution. Currently, Ruigu Technology exports "Made in Dalian" high-end precision bearing cages to countries such as the United States, Germany, France, Sweden, and Austria, transitioning from following and running alongside to leading in this niche field.

The China Forging Association will hold the "2026 China Advanced Manufacturing Technology Forum for Typical Forging Components—Bearing and Valve Forgings" from September 7 to 9, 2026, in Dalian, Liaoning Province. The forum, themed "Safe and Reliable · Driving the Future," will cover topics including advanced forging processes and technologies, process optimization and quality control, key mold design and optimization, advanced heat treatment technologies, quality control and intelligent inspection, blanking method optimization, and green production line construction and operation. The conference will include a visit to Wafangdian Bearing Precision Forging Co., Ltd., which specializes in large ring forgings. Its core technologies include profile forging and precise cooling control, and it has developed the world's first ultra-large-tonnage slewing bearing for a 4,000-ton crane (suitable for 8MW wind turbine installation).
