en.Wedoany.com Reported - CPC (Colder Products Company) recently launched the Everis DC series full-flow connectors, designed to meet the growing thermal management needs of artificial intelligence and high-performance computing infrastructure. The company, a subsidiary of PSG under Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV), is a manufacturer of liquid cooling connection technology for electronic devices.

As the thermal design power (TDP) of modern computing platforms continues to rise, system engineers are turning to liquid cooling solutions to manage higher heat loads. Designed for AI applications, the Everis DC in-line connectors feature a full-flow design that reduces pressure drop by up to 90% compared to valved connectors of the same size, optimizing cooling efficiency in tight spaces.

Patrick Gerst, General Manager of CPC's Thermal Management Business Unit, stated that hyperscale customers seek solutions to reduce energy consumption of pumps and coolant distribution units. As full-flow connectors, Everis DC helps achieve more effective coolant flow, enabling data center customers to improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.

Unlike traditional valved connectors, the Everis DC series fittings can be directly integrated into cold plates or manifolds, enhancing space utilization. Their low profile also supports the compact 1U tray form factor common in high-density server environments.

The product series includes both in-line and elbow configurations. Compared to traditional rigid tube connection solutions, its swivel design adds flexibility. The connectors are made of 304 stainless steel, offering broad material compatibility, and are produced in a cleanroom environment to support high-purity liquid cooling applications.

Patrick Gerst noted that CPC, as a technology partner for chip manufacturers and cooling integrators, is driving liquid cooling solutions to meet market demands, aiming to optimize cooling efficiency for current and next-generation computing platforms.

The Everis DC connectors expand CPC's existing liquid cooling solution portfolio, including the UQD and LQ connector series. These products reflect its commitment to quality and are supported by component testing and global engineering and manufacturing expertise.

CPC will showcase the Everis DC connector series at the Open Compute Project (OCP) Asia-Pacific Summit, to be held in Taipei from August 11 to 12, a key event for open data center infrastructure.
