en.Wedoany.com Reported - Develon will once again showcase at the steinexpo exhibition in Nieder-Ofleiden, Germany, from September 2 to 5, 2026, with a booth spanning nearly 500 square meters, marking the company's return after its debut three years ago.

René Halter, member of the Develon Germany management board, stated that the entire sales team will be present, with meetings already scheduled with existing customers and many new potential clients.

At this exhibition, the DX360LC-9 and DX400HD-9, two new Series 9 intelligent crawler excavators, will make their debut at steinexpo. First unveiled at bauma 2025, this series combines high lifting capacity, stability, and durability, making it suitable for demanding applications in mines, quarries, or construction sites. Both models excel in productivity, safety, ease of operation, and versatility, with key highlights being the integration of Smart AVM and E-Stop safety systems.

The Smart AVM system provides the operator with a complete 360-degree view around the machine using up to six cameras and an AI object detection system. Develon's automatic emergency stop (E-Stop) system uses radar sensors to monitor a field of view of up to 330 degrees. When a person or object enters within 6 meters of the machine, visual and audible alarms are triggered, and the machine automatically decelerates; if it enters within 4 meters, the system automatically stops the machine and all movements. The DX360LC-9, with an operating weight of 37,200 kg, will be displayed at the booth, while the DX400HD-9, weighing 42,160 kg, can be seen in live operation at the A-area demonstration zone just a few steps away.

The Series 7 DX160WE electric wheeled excavator will also be featured at the exhibition. This model is clean, quiet, and designed for high productivity in urban environments, equipped with LFP batteries for all-day operation, and an efficient electric motor providing consistent torque and precise control. Its durable components, reduced maintenance needs, and flexible charging options help ensure maximum uptime and predictable operating costs.

The DA45-7 model at the booth represents Develon's articulated dump trucks, which can handle various terrains with minimal ground impact, particularly excelling in slippery conditions. Its cab offers operators a high level of comfort, including an exceptional air conditioning system, air suspension seat, and quiet interior, helping drivers stay focused during long shifts. At the demonstration area, the DA30-7 will showcase the durability of this truck series.

The DL420CVT-7 wheel loader will also be on display, with an operating weight of 23,990 kg, bucket capacity of 4.5 m³, breakout force of 171 kN, and a 240 kW (326 PS) Stage V compliant Scania D9 five-cylinder engine. Its CVT (continuously variable transmission) combines the advantages of mechanical and hydrostatic drives, designed to improve fuel efficiency. Another key focus is providing an excellent working environment for the operator. The loader also integrates the Transparent Bucket 2.0 solution, which eliminates blind spots using two cameras mounted on the top and bottom of the machine, and employs a curved projection method to display a real-time composite image on the cab monitor, thereby enhancing operational safety and efficiency.

Develon's largest wheel loaders, the DL550-7 and DL580-7, are also part of the steinexpo lineup. Both models comply with Stage V emission standards, ensuring high productivity in any situation. Even with the toughest materials, their breakout force, high tractive effort, and penetration force guarantee optimal bucket filling in every work cycle, while the powerful hydraulic system ensures fast and efficient operation.
