These licenses cover the company's Lana Corina and Fortuna projects, bringing its total land holdings in Chile to 9,033 hectares. The new tenements enhance Culpeo Minerals' presence around known copper-gold mineralized zones. The new licenses include 5 exploration licenses (ELs) for the Lana Corina project (totaling 793 hectares) and 19 exploration licenses (ELs) for the Fortuna project (covering 2,016 hectares).

Culpeo Minerals has incorporated the new areas into its ongoing exploration programs, including geological mapping, rock chip sampling, and channel sampling. These activities are designed to support the identification and prioritization of future drilling targets.

Exploration work at the Fortuna project continues, with approximately 24 line-kilometers of induced polarization (IP) surveys initiated. The survey targets multiple zones with confirmed copper-gold mineralization, aiming to provide subsurface chargeability and resistivity data. The survey results will be integrated with mapping, trenching, geochemistry, magnetic surveys, and drilling data to refine and prioritize further exploration targets. Diamond drilling activities at the El Quillay South target are underway, with initial assay results expected to be released in August 2026.

Culpeo Minerals Interim Executive Chairman Geoff McNamara stated that the granting of these licenses significantly strengthens Culpeo's land position in the Lana Corina and Fortuna project areas and supports the company's goal of building a district-scale copper-gold portfolio in Chile. The new tenements cover areas adjacent to and along the strike extensions of known mineralized zones, providing the geological team with a broader area to apply the geological models developed through existing exploration programs.
