Wen Yaoshun, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Yulin Energy Group; Wang Xuefei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Director of PetroChina Jilin Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd.; Yao Guoqing, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of China Chemical Engineering Sixth Construction Co., Ltd.; and Chang Yi, Executive Director and General Manager of Yulin Energy New Materials, attended the ceremony.

The ethylene-propylene rubber unit project signed this time is an important extension segment and a core project for quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of the Yulin Energy Group's epoxy resin integrated project. The signing and implementation of the project will help address the shortage of high-end rubber material supply in the region, and holds significant market value and long-term strategic importance for connecting the upstream and downstream industrial chains and promoting the collaborative upgrading of the industrial cluster.

At the ceremony, all parties stated that they would fully integrate their respective resource advantages for collaborative efforts, coordinate key tasks such as safety production, quality control, and project progress, and strive to build the project into a benchmark and exemplary project in the new materials field, continuously injecting strong momentum into the transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development of Yulin Energy Group's energy and chemical industry.

The Epoxy Resin Integrated Project (Phase I) of Shaanxi Yulin Energy Chemical New Materials Co., Ltd. is located in the Shenmu High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Shaanxi Province. The construction units include:

An 800,000 tons/year methanol-to-olefins combined unit, a 100,000 tons/year allyl chloride unit, a 100,000 tons/year epichlorohydrin unit, a 200,000 tons/year hydrogen peroxide unit, a 300,000 tons/year cumene unit, a 350,000 tons/year phenol-acetone unit, a 240,000 tons/year bisphenol A unit, a 250,000 tons/year epoxy resin unit, a 100,000 tons/year high-salinity wastewater treatment unit, a 100,000 tons/year polyolefin elastomer unit, a 50,000 tons/year ethylene-propylene rubber unit, and supporting utilities and auxiliary facilities.

Total project investment: 13.2 billion yuan (budget for this bidding project: 200,240,300 yuan).
