en.Wedoany.com Reported - A joint venture between Hassan Allam Construction Saudi, a subsidiary of Hassan Allam Holding, and UCC Saudi has been awarded a $714 million development project in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia. The project, the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, Residences, & Mixed-Use Super Block, is being developed by Diriyah Company.

Hassan Allam Holding stated in a release that the mixed-use development covers a total area of approximately 241,000 square meters and includes a 200-key Waldorf Astoria hotel, 47 branded residences, commercial and office buildings, an integrated super basement, and a vibrant public realm, all designed to add distinction to this key Saudi destination.
The project signing ceremony was held in the presence of Hassan Allam, Chairman and CEO of Hassan Allam Holding; Jerry Inzerillo, CEO of Diriyah Company; and Samer Ibrahim, CEO of UCC Holding.
