en.Wedoany.com Reported - AZIO AI announced that it has signed a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with AT&T for AT&T to provide enterprise fiber connectivity services for its 500-megawatt AI data center campus in Texas. The agreement establishes a standardized enterprise connectivity framework for AZIO AI's initial campus development in Texas, delivering the high-capacity, low-latency network infrastructure required to support AI training, inference, GPU cloud computing, enterprise colocation, and other high-performance computing workloads.

AZIO AI signs agreement with AT&T to provide fiber network for 500MW AI data center campus in Texas

Under the terms of the MSA, AZIO AI has committed approximately $2.4 million for high-capacity fiber services to support its site with 500MW of power availability. This standardized network framework is designed to facilitate future infrastructure expansion while streamlining network deployment processes. The company is currently seeking to introduce potential offtaker opportunities aligned with its hyperscale AI strategy, and market interest has already begun to emerge—recently, AZIO AI signed a power purchase and colocation agreement with one of its GPU customers, which will require rapid modular construction on the site.

This connectivity foundation is a critical component of AZIO AI's hyperscale AI strategy. The company is preparing the next phase of construction for its hyperscale campus, a strategy that prioritizes building scalable, cost-effective data center capacity backed by liquefied natural gas (LNG) energy to meet the growing demands of GPU cloud and next-generation AI workloads.

Unlike many urban data center developments that may face land use and community restrictions, AZIO AI's initial campus in Texas is located in an area designed to accommodate large-scale industrial infrastructure. Sir Elgin Tracy, Chief Operating Officer of AZIO AI, stated that reliable enterprise-grade connectivity is the foundation of AI infrastructure, and this agreement establishes both a network framework supporting the initial 500-megawatt Texas AI platform and a scalable operating model that can support future expansion as more projects advance under the hyperscale AI strategy.

AZIO AI is a technology infrastructure company focused on developing, owning, and operating AI data centers, enterprise-grade GPU computing infrastructure, digital power solutions, and high-performance computing.
