en.Wedoany.com Reported - Nordex Group has received a wind power order in Türkiye to supply and install 72 N175/6.X turbines for the YEKA-5 R25 Sivas wind project owned by Türkerler Holding, along with a 10-year Premium Service agreement, extendable up to 25 years.

Located in Sivas, the project will feature 72 Delta4000 series turbines with a hub height of 108 meters, with installation of the first turbine scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2027. Benefiting from favorable and stable wind conditions, the site is considered suitable for the operating parameters of the N175/6.X model.

With this order, Nordex Group's cumulative share in the Turkish wind power market has reached 34%, which the company says further strengthens its position in the Turkish market. Türkerler Holding, a long-standing customer of Nordex Group, operates across construction, energy, healthcare, real estate development, renewable energy, electricity distribution and retail, public-private partnership projects, and textiles.

Ender Özatay, Vice President of Nordex Group for Türkiye and the Middle East, stated that Türkerler Holding selected Nordex as its partner for the largest single turbine transaction in the Turkish wind market. He noted that following previous successes in YEKA projects, this order validates the competitiveness of N175/6.X technology, local supply chain capabilities, and the customer's trust in the team and technology.
