Continuing to Expand Overseas! BoJiang Robotics Lands in Vietnam, Setting a New Benchmark for Smart Construction in Southeast Asia
en.Wedoany.com Reported - Recently, new progress has been made in the smart construction process of the THE SENIQUE HANOI commercial-residential project in Hanoi, Vietnam. As the first high-end commercial-residential project in the local area to adopt construction robots on a large scale, BoJiang's putty sanding robot and interior spraying robot officially commenced on-site construction in February this year. To date, the equipment has been operating continuously and stably on-site for several months, completing the decoration construction tasks for multiple batches of floors and units to a high standard, and continues to operate routinely across the full process on-site, steadily advancing the overall intelligent construction plan for the entire project. This has inaugurated a new model of large-scale, routine intelligent construction for interior decoration in Vietnam, leveraging the hard-core strength of China's smart manufacturing to provide a viable and replicable long-term solution to the development pain points of the Southeast Asian construction industry.

Confronting Challenges Head-On, Adapting to Complex Construction Scenarios
The THE SENIQUE HANOI project involved in this collaboration is a large-scale high-end commercial-residential complex in the core area of Hanoi. The project is massive in scale, with a master plan of 3 residential towers, each 37 stories high with 24 units per floor, designed with 2 underground levels plus 37 above-ground levels. Its construction scale and difficulty rank among the highest locally.

Even more challenging are the numerous complex scenarios that are difficult for traditional construction to accommodate: narrow, elongated corridors with restricted space and limited passage, and compact interior spaces within individual units. Traditional manual construction not only suffers from insufficient operating space and greatly reduced efficiency in these conditions, but also is highly prone to quality issues such as incomplete sanding and uneven spraying, posing a significant test for quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Directly addressing the project's construction pain points and the industry's development challenges, BoJiang Robotics completed equipment delivery, commissioning, and production launch in February. Rather than opting for a single-point technology pilot, the company directly implemented a full-process intelligent construction solution with batch application across entire buildings. Through the coordinated operation of two core pieces of equipment—the putty sanding robot and the interior spraying robot—a fundamental solution to the project's pain points was provided.
Stable Operation, Continuously Delivering Cost Reduction and Efficiency Gains
Since commencing on-site construction, BoJiang's two robotic systems have consistently demonstrated exceptional adaptability, stability, and reliability in complex, confined scenarios.

Leveraging leading autonomous navigation and full-area path planning technology, the two robots can maneuver flexibly within compact interior spaces, seamlessly covering walls, ceilings, and all other construction corners without the need for manual repositioning of work points. The putty sanding robot focuses on millimeter-level precision sanding, resolving the dead-angle and precision deviation issues of manual work; the interior spraying robot simultaneously performs uniform coating across the entire area, with film thickness consistency far exceeding manual standards. This integrated solution not only completely eliminates the inconvenience and safety risks of manual work in confined spaces, but also achieves a dual leap in construction efficiency and project quality, maintaining high-standard output during long-term continuous operation.
Continuously Rising Efficiency
Construction hours per floor are reduced by 56% compared to traditional manual methods, significantly shortening the delivery cycle for individual units and floors, and perfectly matching the overall project construction pace.
Precise and Controllable Costs
According to estimates, a single floor can save approximately 16,000 yuan in labor costs. Based on the overall project scale, it is projected that labor costs alone could be reduced by approximately 1.8 million yuan, demonstrating significant full-cycle cost advantages.
Consistent Quality Throughout
Construction precision and finished product consistency have achieved a qualitative breakthrough, fundamentally resolving the quality inconsistency issues of traditional manual construction and greatly reducing later-stage rework costs. The 72 completed units have achieved a 100% first-pass acceptance rate.
Long-Term Safety Assurance
The fully mechanized process completely eliminates the safety hazards of manual work at heights and in confined spaces. In the 3 months since deployment, there have been zero safety incidents and zero equipment failures causing downtime, stably ensuring construction continuity for the project.

To date, the project's construction results have far exceeded industry expectations, with core advantages continuing to stand out. The two robots remain in continuous rotation on-site, steadily advancing the decoration tasks for subsequent floors, truly realizing the routine, large-scale, full-cycle deployment of construction robots in major overseas projects.
Creating a Replicable New Paradigm for Smart Construction
In recent years, Vietnam's economy has continued to rise, and the construction industry has experienced explosive growth, with various commercial-residential complexes and infrastructure projects being launched in rapid succession, making it the most notable growth pole in the Southeast Asian construction market. However, behind this rapid development, deep-seated industry pain points have persisted for a long time, becoming a core bottleneck constraining the industry's high-quality development. Facing these long-standing core contradictions, intelligent, industrialized, and routine smart construction solutions have become the only key to breaking the deadlock.

The deployment of BoJiang Robotics in the Hanoi project in Vietnam is by no means a one-off technology pilot or short-term equipment export, but rather a milestone long-term practice in the global expansion of Chinese construction robots. For the local Vietnamese market, BoJiang Robotics' solution precisely targets the core pain points that have long plagued the local construction industry—labor shortages, low efficiency, and difficult quality control—providing a full-cycle smart construction solution of "cost reduction, efficiency improvement, quality enhancement, and safety assurance" for large local commercial-residential projects, powerfully driving the transformation of Vietnam's construction industry from traditional labor-intensive methods to intelligent, industrialized construction.
From a dedicated player in the domestic smart construction sector to a long-term pioneer in the global market, BoJiang Robotics will always remain centered on technological innovation, continuously refining construction robot solutions that adapt to all scenarios, full cycles, and high stability. For the intelligent upgrade of the global construction industry, BoJiang will continue to deliver its solutions and contribute China's strength!
