China Jianghe Group Wins Dubai W Residences Curtain Wall Project with RMB 318 Million Bid

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On September 23, Jianghe Creation Group Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Jianghe Curtain Wall Middle East Engineering Co., Ltd. has recently won the bid for the curtain wall project of W Residences in Dubai, with a bid amount of AED 174 million, equivalent to approximately RMB 318 million, accounting for about 1.46% of the company's operating revenue for the 2025 fiscal year. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the formal contract for the project has not yet been signed, and the subsequent contract signing and performance still need to be advanced according to the project schedule.

W Residences is located in Dubai's high-end waterfront residential area, with Arada as the developer. The project plans to build three interconnected residential towers with more than 400 residential units, including 1- to 5-bedroom residences and penthouses. The architectural design of the project is being advanced in accordance with LEED certification goals, with overall provisions for waterfront promenades, public amenities, and high-end residential service spaces.

According to the project registration information of the Dubai Land Department, W Residences at Dubai Harbour completed project registration in October 2024 and entered the construction phase in June 2025, with a registered total of 494 units, a project area of approximately 104,600 square meters, and a planned completion time by the end of 2028. The project is currently still in the construction phase.

The scope of this winning bid covers the curtain wall project, and Jianghe Curtain Wall Middle East Engineering Co., Ltd. will participate in the construction of the exterior envelope system of the residential towers. Jianghe Curtain Wall's business covers curtain wall research and design, precision manufacturing, installation and construction, and consulting services, and it has undertaken multiple large-scale high-rise building and public building projects in the Middle East market.

Since 2026, Jianghe Group's overseas curtain wall business has continued to receive orders from the Middle East. In early September, the company also disclosed that its wholly-owned subsidiary won the bid for the curtain wall project of the Northwest Transportation Hub Project in Saudi Arabia, with a bid amount of approximately SAR 124 million, equivalent to approximately RMB 223 million. Following the winning bid for the Dubai W Residences project, the company has added a new high-end residential curtain wall project in the Gulf region.
