FP McCann Gets Green Light for 22-Storey Precast Tower

Wedoany.com Report-Oct. 24, In April 2026, construction is set to begin on a 22-storey residential tower in Smithfield, following approval from the Building Safety Regulator (BSR). The £130 million project will be led by FP McCann, responsible for the design, manufacture, and installation of the precast concrete frame. Prosperity Developments will serve as the management contractor for the development.

The project will deliver 305 contemporary apartments and include commercial space on the ground floor. It is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027, with plans for submission to Gateway 3 and an occupancy target set for the first quarter of 2028.
