Wedoany.com Report-Nov. 5, Chery Group reported strong sales momentum in October 2025, selling 281,161 vehicles, up 3.3% year-on-year. Its core listed company, Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., contributed 263,466 units, a 2% increase from last year. From January to October, the group delivered 2,288,929 vehicles, a 13% rise over the same period in 2024, marking the best ten-month performance in its history.
Chery’s multi-brand strategy continues to support steady growth. Its five key marques—CHERY, EXEED, JETOUR, iCAR, and LUXEED—cover diverse market segments and drive overall performance.
The CHERY brand remained the backbone, selling 169,696 vehicles in October and 1,377,558 units year-to-date, maintaining a strong presence in the mainstream passenger vehicle market. EXEED, the premium brand, sold 9,494 units in October, reaching 97,445 units year-to-date, showing steady gains in brand influence and customer recognition.
JETOUR achieved a standout performance, delivering 59,073 vehicles in October and totaling 518,651 units from January to October. Since its launch, JETOUR has sold over 2 million vehicles cumulatively, one of the fastest milestones among domestic Chinese automakers. Its “Travel+” positioning appeals to consumers seeking versatile vehicles for outdoor and family activities, strengthening its market competitiveness.
iCAR, targeting younger buyers, sold 12,393 units in October, with 79,023 units year-to-date. The brand emphasizes youthful design and intelligent features to attract its target market. LUXEED, focusing on the premium intelligent NEV segment, sold 12,810 units in October and 70,587 units year-to-date, offering advanced driver assistance technologies and refined product quality to establish its premium presence.
Chery’s new energy vehicle (NEV) segment continues rapid growth. In October, NEV sales reached 110,346 units, a 54.7% year-on-year increase and the first time the group exceeded 110,000 units in a single month. From January to October, NEV sales totaled 697,891 units, up 73.1% year-on-year, ranking among the highest growth rates in the industry.
Chery’s overseas performance remained strong. Exports in October reached 126,434 vehicles, up 13% year-on-year, marking the sixth consecutive month of exports exceeding 100,000 units. From January to October, total exports hit 1.06 million vehicles, a 12.9% increase compared to the same period last year, making Chery the fastest Chinese automaker to surpass one million overseas shipments in a single year.
Overall, Chery Group’s October and year-to-date results demonstrate solid growth across domestic and international markets, supported by its multi-brand strategy, expanding NEV business, and strong global sales performance, positioning the company for continued success in both conventional and new energy vehicle segments.
