Wedoany.com Report-Nov. 27, In Pakistan, cement retail prices recorded limited changes during the week ending 20 November 2025, according to the latest weekly data released by the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics.
In the northern region, the average price for a 50kg bag rose marginally by 0.2 percent to PKR 1,365 (approximately US$4.84) from PKR 1,362 the previous week. City-level averages included PKR 1,367 in Islamabad, PKR 1,355 in Rawalpindi, PKR 1,400 in Gujranwala, PKR 1,350 in Sialkot, PKR 1,410 in Lahore, and PKR 1,340 in Faisalabad.
In southern areas, the average price eased slightly by 0.1 percent to PKR 1,440 per 50kg bag from PKR 1,441. Karachi recorded an average of PKR 1,373, Hyderabad PKR 1,427, while prices in Sukkur, Quetta, Khuzdar, and Larkana ranged between PKR 1,407 and PKR 1,500.
Overall, cement prices across the country remained relatively stable, with only minor weekly fluctuations observed in both northern and southern markets. The modest movements reflect balanced supply and demand conditions in the construction materials sector during the reported period.
