Lamborghini Temerario Hybrid Receives DOE Certification in the Philippines

Wedoany.com Report on Feb 2nd, the Department of Energy (DOE) of the Philippines has certified a range of vehicles, including plug-in hybrids, hybrid electric vehicles, and pure electric vehicles. This move reflects the sustained growth in demand for electrified models in the local market.

Among the latest batch of certified models is the Lamborghini Temerario hybrid. This model has not yet been officially launched in the Philippines and is positioned below the V12-powered Revuelto. The Revuelto was launched in 2024, boasting a maximum power output of 1,015 horsepower.

The Lamborghini Temerario hybrid is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine, delivering a maximum power of 588 kW (approximately 800 horsepower). The vehicle is also equipped with three electric motors, providing an additional 220 kW (approximately 300 horsepower) of electric power. The combined system output, as announced in other markets, is 920 horsepower.

Power is transmitted through an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission, with the electric motors powered by a 3.78 kWh battery pack. In terms of performance, the Lamborghini Temerario hybrid can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.7 seconds, with a top speed of 340 km/h.

An official launch date for the Lamborghini Temerario hybrid in the Philippines has not yet been announced. However, with the DOE certification now complete, distributor PGA Cars may officially introduce the model in the near future.
