The transaction is subject to approval by the German Federal Cartel Office and is expected to be completed in the first half of this year. The acquisition price is approximately 75 million euros and may be subject to customary adjustments.

SIDRA Wasserchemie is a family-owned company specializing in the production of coagulants, with two production sites in Germany, primarily serving customers in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. According to data, the company's revenue in 2024 was approximately 40 million euros, with an EBITDA of around 10 million euros. Following the completion of the transaction, over 60 employees will join the Kemira team.
