Hiab's operations extensively cover several Western states including California, Oregon, and Washington, as well as Northeastern regions such as New York; Moffett's business focuses on areas including New York and New Jersey.

As a full-service commercial truck dealer in North America, Custom Truck boasts a strong presence with 41 operating locations and a fleet of over 10,400 rental vehicles. Pauliina Kunvik from Hiab North America stated: "The partnership with Custom Truck is a significant milestone, ensuring our extensive coverage in key Western U.S. regions and solidifying our position in high-volume markets like New York. This collaboration will also significantly enhance the distribution capabilities for Moffett truck-mounted forklifts."
