Wedoany.com Report on Feb 25th, The UK subsidiary of Chinese crane manufacturer Sany has formed a strategic partnership with Crawland Cranes, set to take effect in March. Under the agreement, Crawland will assume full responsibility for the sales of Sany mobile cranes in the UK market and enhance after-sales service and support capabilities. As part of the collaboration, Crawland will establish an additional replacement parts warehouse at its Peterborough base. This will supplement Sany UK's existing facilities in Coatbridge, Scotland, and Sittingbourne, Kent, aiming to improve parts supply efficiency and reduce response times.

Sany UK's service engineering team, led by UK National Manager Kevin Neill, will work closely with Crawland's service engineers in Peterborough. The first batch of stock cranes is expected to arrive at Crawland within the coming weeks. This inventory will include 60, 70, 100, and 150-ton all-terrain cranes, a 45-ton rough-terrain crane, a 60-ton telescopic crawler crane, and a new 15-ton industrial crane.
Neill stated: "This alliance is a significant step forward for Sany UK as we continue to build a foundation of engineering excellence and customer support across the UK. Working alongside the highly skilled team at Crawland Cranes ensures our customers receive the confidence, service, and technical expertise they expect when investing in a new manufacturer. We are excited to begin this new chapter and deliver a level of support that truly sets a new benchmark for the industry."
This agreement was reached following a recent visit by the Crawland team to Sany's factory in China, marking a deepening of cooperation between the two parties. Crawland also distributes Hoeflon spider cranes and small pick-and-carry cranes, while additionally selling and servicing cranes from other brands such as Grove, Terex, Omega, and Flannery, further solidifying its position in the UK crane market.
