Submission Method: Paper-based bids only; telegrams, telephone calls, telex, faxes, emails, and late submissions will not be accepted.

Qualification and Compliance Requirements (Non-compliance may lead to disqualification):

Contract Conditions: Comply with the General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and Special Tender Conditions.

Specifications: Meet the relevant technical specification requirements.

Supplier Registration: Must be registered on the Drakenstein Municipality supplier database.

Tax Compliance: Submit proof of tax status as per MBD 1 (Part B); award will not be made to a bidder who is not tax compliant at the time of award.
