Application Scope
Sampling of gaseous pollutants such as heavy metals (mercury, lead, arsenic), chlorine gas, hydrogen chloride, fluorides, sulfuric acid mist, and particulate matter in ultra-low emissions from fixed pollution sources.
Instrument Features
•Acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, and corrosion-resistant. The sampling tube is made of stainless steel, the gas path uses glass-coated inner walls and PTFE-lined tubing, and the sampling nozzle (including elbow and filter holder) is fully glass-coated to better ensure high-quality samples in highly acidic, alkaline, and corrosive environments;
•Multiple adaptation methods. The sampling tube can be fitted with a low-concentration particulate matter sampling nozzle (and kit), or with sampling kits for heavy metals (mercury, lead, arsenic), chlorine gas, hydrogen chloride, fluorides, sulfuric acid mist, and other gaseous pollutants and particulate matter. One sampling smoke gun can meet the sampling needs for most pollutants;
•The sampling tube is equipped with a full-range adjustable constant temperature control unit, with temperature control range from room temperature to 180℃, meeting the sampling requirements for the vast majority of pollutants;
•The sampling tube adopts an integral welding process, completely preventing flue gas back-spraying in positive-pressure flues;
•The sampling tube uses DC 12V safe voltage power supply;
•Standard sampling tube length is 1500mm, and can be customized according to user requirements.
