The product complies with HJC-ZY84-2020 Technical Requirements and Applicability Testing Operation Guidance for Continuous Monitoring Systems of Non-Methane Total Hydrocarbons in Ambient Air.
Application Scope
The instrument is applied in ambient air monitoring areas such as air stations, residential areas, tourist attractions, industrial parks, etc.
System Introduction
The TH-300C continuous monitoring system for non-methane total hydrocarbons in ambient air adopts patented ultra-low temperature enrichment method with controllable enrichment temperature, enabling enrichment of non-methane total hydrocarbons in ambient air, followed by rapid heating desorption and detection by hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) to achieve direct online measurement of non-methane total hydrocarbons.
Instrument Features
• Uses direct method to measure non-methane total hydrocarbon content in ambient air;
• Adopts patented ultra-low temperature empty tube technology for enrichment of non-methane total hydrocarbons, with adjustable enrichment temperature;
• Methane penetrates the low-temperature zone to separate from non-methane total hydrocarbons. The deep-cold focusing unit contains no adsorption packing, avoiding desorption efficiency decay and high-carbon residue issues, ensuring all high-carbon components can be desorbed and analyzed;
• Controls dynamic diluter to automatically complete single-point or multi-point calibration process.
