Dai Hegen expressed gratitude for the support and trust extended to CRCC by Ibrahim Al-Omar and Saudi Arabian Airlines Corporation, and introduced CRCC's comprehensive strengths and its development in the Saudi market. Dai Hegen stated that Saudi Arabia is one of CRCC's core pillar markets overseas. Since entering the Saudi market in 1999, against the backdrop of friendly cooperation between China and Saudi Arabia, CRCC has participated in the construction of major projects such as the Makkah Light Rail, the North-South Railway, and the Haramain High-Speed Railway. The two sides share a solid foundation for cooperation and broad prospects. Saudi Arabian Airlines Corporation is an important partner of CRCC in Saudi Arabia. Currently, the core building of Phase 1 of the Jeddah Airport Maintenance Hangar project, on which both sides are cooperating, has been handed over and put into use. The main structures of Phases 2 and 3 have been fully completed, and system commissioning is being advanced efficiently. Going forward, CRCC will make every effort to complete the remaining work of the project to ensure high-standard delivery. It will also coordinate high-quality resources in design, construction, and supply chain, focusing on Saudi Arabian Airlines' infrastructure expansion plans to further deepen pragmatic cooperation between the two sides. At the same time, leveraging its advantages across the entire new energy industry chain, CRCC will deepen strategic synergy in areas such as photovoltaic power, wind power, energy storage systems, and smart grid upgrades to achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.

Ibrahim Al-Omar welcomed the visit of Dai Hegen and his delegation, and highly recognized CRCC's contract fulfillment capability and its commitment to deeply cultivating the Saudi market. He stated that Saudi Arabian Airlines Corporation will continue to deepen its strategic alignment with CRCC and establish a long-term cooperative relationship. He expressed hope that CRCC will continue to participate in the subsequent project construction of Saudi Arabian Airlines. Saudi Arabian Airlines Corporation will rely on its own aviation industry chain resources to fully support both sides in expanding cooperation space in areas such as airport infrastructure, green energy, and aviation supporting facilities, achieving common development.
