en.Wedoany.com Reported - At a recent customer event, LiuGong showcased its full range of electric excavators, covering 6 tonnage classes with a total of 11 models, including micro, mini, medium, and 100-ton-class ultra-large excavators. It also offers multiple energy supply solutions such as standard pure electric, power delivery, and battery swap, forming a relatively complete product matrix of electric excavators in the industry.

The electric solutions zone also featured supporting equipment such as charging cabinets and battery swap vehicles, achieving vehicle-energy synergy.

Among the exhibited models, three represent LiuGong's latest achievements in the three technical routes of pure electric, battery swap, and power delivery. The 939FE is a newly unveiled pure electric model, with an operating weight of 42.5 tons, equipped with a 250kW permanent magnet motor, supporting 4-gun fast charging that can fully charge in 1.2 hours, with a battery life of 7 to 10 hours. It comes standard with a 2.0 cubic meter bucket, suitable for earthmoving and heavy-load operations in large and medium-sized mines.

Another model is the 924FE battery swap version, equipped with a 400kWh cobalt-free battery, with a swap time of no more than 5 minutes. It features a 150kW motor, with efficiency improved by 10% compared to the standard version, and enhanced protection for tunnel working conditions. This model is suitable for heavy-load operations requiring high continuous work intensity where waiting for charging is not desirable.

Additionally, LiuGong exhibited the largest tonnage model, the 9135FE power delivery excavator, with an operating weight of 125.5 tons. It adopts a 1500VDC high-voltage platform, with a motor power of 640kW, and comes standard with a 95-meter cable and an energy storage power vehicle, enabling continuous operation for 8 to 10 hours. It is specifically designed for scenarios with difficult power supply in large mines.
The 906FE and 922FE were placed in the electric excavator welcome area for customers to observe up close. The 922F-EV is LiuGong's first-generation electric excavator and the world's first 20-ton-class pure electric excavator. It rolled off the production line in 2018, made its debut at the BICES exhibition in 2019, and was officially launched in 2020, accumulating key data and experience for the mass production of the subsequent full range of electric excavators.

For large mines and remote construction sites, LiuGong also introduced dual-power and power delivery excavator solutions, such as the 960FE and 995FE, which use energy storage power vehicles and long cables to solve power supply difficulties, enabling 100-ton-class excavators to achieve electrified operation capabilities.

LiuGong stated that since the launch of its first electric excavator in 2019, its electric excavator products have covered a range from 1.7 tons to 135 tons, forming a product system of charging, power delivery, and battery swap versions, and have accumulated real-world operating data from thousands of electric units.
